We have a great one bedroom ground, end unit which means only one neighbor on one side. No one above or below. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Vinyl wood look flooring throughout except carpet in the bedroom. Sliding glass door looking out onto the patio and greenery. This unit is renting for $1465. All apartments have high efficiency AC/heater split units and white refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

Application Fee is $50.00 for background check including Personal information, income verification, rental history, criminal history, financial history, credit information.

Security Deposit: $600 if background check comes back with “Approved” or up to $1600 if background check comes back “full security”. (depends on how application comes back)

PET Deposit $400 per pet - Limit of two pets.

Our complex is very unique in the way it is built. Whether the apartment is on the bottom floor or top floor, there are usually no stairs to climb to get to the front door. We are nestled in an area among the trees which makes it feel calm and quiet like we are not in town. Yet we are centrally located and close to most everything.

We are privately owned and managed and will work with you to personalize your apartment hunting experience.
